Management Team



Srinivasan is one of the pioneers of Information Technology in India. He worked for more than a decade with IBM during the formative stages of Information Technology in India and was instrumental in several prestigious installations. Srinivasan joined his Alma Mater – IIT, Madras – Other than teaching Management Information Systems, Operating Systems, and Computer Languages & tools for the Department of Computer Science & Engineering he was responsible for the management of the computer center and providing consulting services to the industry. He has been awarded the prestigious Distinguished Alumnus award by IIT, Madras. Srinivasan is the Chairman of the India Chapter of Product Development and Management Association (PDMA) and is an active member of Computer Society of India. He is also in the Board of studies of SRM University

Chandrasekhar Srinivasan

Vice President - Product and Solutions

Chandrasekhar Srinivasan is the Vice President, Products and Solutions. He has over 14 years of experience in Software Product Development. He has been one of the key members involved in the Conceptualization and Development of iPROOF Platform. He has a Masters in Computer Science from University of Texas at Arlington. He has published several research papers in leading journals in the United States. Prior to this, he has been involved in the ideation and development of several complex software products.



Dr.R.Mahadevan is a Mechanical Engineer by profession, graduated from IIT, Chennai, in 1964. He obtained his M.Tech. degree in Production Engineering & Technology from IIT, Kharagpur, in 1966 and was awarded Ph.D. degree by IIT, Chennai, for his thesis on exhaust emissions from IC engines, using composite pistons. He is presently the Group Technology Director at India Pistons Limited, Director at IP Rings Ltd., Bimetal Bearings Ltd., and a few other Companies of the Amalgamations Group.

Prof. Bala V Balachandran


J L Kellogg Distinguished Professor of Accounting and Information Management (Emeritus in Service), Northwestern University, Illinois, USA Founder and Dean, Great Lakes Institute of Management, Chennai, India. A serial entrepreneur, he has rendered consulting services to several companies in the Manufacturing domain in the US as well as India and acts in Directorial capacities on the Boards of several Indian and American companies. Prof.Bala also serves several Indian ministries in the advisory capacity and is currently involved with the, Ministry of New & Renewable Energy as well as with the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas etc. He also serves on the International Advisory Board of the UniRazak at Kuala Lumpur and renders consulting/advisory services to the top brass of the Malaysian Government. He has authored more than 85 research articles and is currently writing a managerial accounting textbook with emphasis on cost management in an automated manufacturing environment.

S. Anand

Anand has over 25 years of experience with around two decades as Head of HR function in various organizations including global fortune 1 India subsidiary, manufacturing and IT services industry. He specializes in turning around the HR function by transforming it from a typical ‘Support Group’ to “Business Partner”. Adopting a sensible, pre-emptive and customized approach with contextual humor in all business and operational pursuits has been the recipe of his success. His area of expertise also covers harmonization of HR processes on integration (M&A) including reverse transition and is adept in mitigation processes and business model re-alignment. He is proficient in offering guidance on Hiring Strategies, KRA designing, Performance management, Attrition control through retention strategies, aligning L&D to core business and Leadership mentoring.
